Carsten Meywirth has been Head of the Cybercrime Department at the Federal Criminal Police Office in Wiesbaden since April 2020. After completing his police training with the Lower Saxony State Police, he joined the BKA in 1987, where he has held management positions in the areas of organized crime, information technology, and central administration over the past two decades.
